3 Training Sites

With already more than 1000 professional and amateur adult courses and dozens of consulting companies, both French and international, Gentle Gourmet Institute offers training at 3 sites: Paris (11th and 12th) and Brosville in Normandy.

Classes in Paris are offered at 2 distinct sites easily accessible by transport. Cooking classes are held in the kitchens of the Gentle Gourmet restaurant which is located in Bastille, the 12th and one the trendiest arrondissements of the capital. Pastry classes take place in a 150m2 professional kitchen in 11th district near the Oberkampf street, close to Republic and Place de la Nation.

The Brosville site provides an immersion into the heart of the Normandy countryside. The Gentle Gourmet Institute offers students a privileged setting in the heart of the Iton Valley, situated just one hour away from Paris in the Domaine de Broc Fontaine. The 10,000m2 site by the gates of Paris includes a 5,000m2 organic vegetable garden where more than 700 varieties of fruits and vegetables grow in permaculture. A considerable advantage of studying in connection with nature while learning to cook.
