A few word about our registration policy

The prices include the entire training and meals (lunches and dinners). It includes neither transport fares nor accommodation. To learn more about our on-site and off-site accommodation offer, email us at institute@gentlegourmet.fr.

When signing up for a session, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your place. Learn more about our registration and cancellation policy 

*Save € 250 when signing up for two 5-day program (savory and sweet). The total amounts to € 3000.

A few words on your class schedule

Each session welcomes 8 students. Every student will receive via e-mail all the written course material in PDF format at the end of the session.

Classes start on Monday morning at 9:30 AM and end at 6:30 PM. The lunch break lasts one hour, either from 12:30 to 1:30 PM or 1:30 to 2:30 PM depending on the teacher’s instructions. The students are in session for 8 hours/day from Monday through Friday. In other words, they get 40 hours of training per week.

Arrivals to Brosville on Monday morning are strongly unrecommended. Students are encouraged to arrive on Sunday evening. In any case, students are responsible for getting to class on time.
